Per Virtual Server - $100/month

Per Network Device - $200/month

Physical On-Site Support (excluding servers)- $100/hr

After Hours Remote Support (excluding servers) - $50/hr

After Hours On-Site Support (excluding servers) - $150/hr

Managed Services Contract includes:

• 24/7-365 Monitoring
• Updates, Patching, and Automated Maintenance
• Antivirus and Security Management
• Unlimited Remote Support Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM
• Access to Help Desk and ticketing system
• Unlimited Server Support, Remote and Physical
• Monthly system health reports

Break/Fix - No Contract

Remote Support - $50/hr Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

On-Site Support - $150/hr Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

After Hours Remote Support - $100/hr

After Hours On-Site Support - $250/hr
